 Over 100 years of combined experience in the logging industry allows AFP’s Log Division to provide superior service and products to more than 20 countries and dozens of domestic buyers.
Our “Multi-Yard” system allows buyers from around the world to come to any one of AFP’s log yards and hand select their logs, or customers can choose to allow our highly trained staff to fill their order to the industry’s highest standards. All customer orders are loaded on-site by a team of highly specialized equipment operators and are electronically tracked, making us capable of processing over 500 containers per year. Finally, our excellent location allows us great access to not only the best hardwoods the world has to offer but also easy access to all shipping methods; railway, truck, or export container.
 Our customers have come to rely on AFP Logs for products that meet their highest standards, on time, every time. That’s the hallmark of the AFP brand.
Extra Information:
AFP has multiple concentration yards which act as our collection points for logs. The logs that come into our concentration yard come from multiple harvesting operations across the Appalachian region. At our yards, the logs are sorted by species, size, and/or grade. This enables AFP to identify groups of logs that are best suited for each of our customer's needs.
